330: Krystals Customer Service gone to the shit !

 

 Well now, let me tell you about this adventure I had at the Krystal Hamburgers in Madison Al . Y’all know the spot—been there for years. I just strolled in, figured I’d use the Wi-Fi, grab me a couple of those famous little burgers, and get on with my day. But man, I was straight-up floored by the mess I walked into.

Now, I've been to this Krystal plenty of times over the years, but I ain't never seen it in such bad shape. The lady working the counter looked like she didn’t know whether to take my order or just stand there. I asked for two Krystal burgers, and she had to guess at the price—didn't even bother to ring it up at first! I thought, "She gonna pocket that money, no doubt."

It took her a good minute to come back and tell me the total. And let me tell you, it looked like they had been up to something in the back. When I walked in, the whole crew had that look of surprise on their faces, like I interrupted something they weren’t supposed to be doing. The lady taking my order didn’t even look clean. Her clothes were all kinds of messed up, like she'd been rolling around in the kitchen or something.

Finally, one of the managers comes up and tells me, "Sir, we don’t have Wi-Fi." Now hold up—there’s a big ol’ sign outside advertising free Wi-Fi, so I pointed that out. But at that point, I knew this whole situation was beyond saving. What the fuck is going on ?

What’s wild is, this ain't just about Krystal. The past couple of days, everywhere I go, customer service has been slipping something fierce. Is it just me, or does it feel like we’ve stepped into the Twilight Zone of bad service? What’s going on out there?

I don’t know, but I’m curious—are y’all getting decent service these days, or is this poor customer service thing catching up with you too? Seems like everywhere I go, it’s the same old story. Let me know if you're dealing with this craziness too.
