Health is the ultimate Wealth

 

 Good morning. I just got home from walking. Went out to clear my head walking this morning. Walking is one of the best things I've been doing lately. It's a great stress buster. I noticed that this pandemic has affected me in lots of ways. One way I noticed that I was afraid to roam. Wherever I went. I'm kind of afraid to be around people. I don't want to get too close. Ready to leave when I get there.  

  Another thing I noticed is that stress clouds my thinking. Planning is not as easy as it used to be. Seems like its takes more effort to plan ahead. Another thing I noticed is that I’m spending too much time online. I had an app installed on my cell phone that tells me how much time I was spending online. And it's been too much. It's like three, four hours a day. Which is way too much. In other words, I guess I'm locked down and I'm beginning to show. I got Corona Blues. 

The media is also stressful. The news is not the best news. But of course we need information. So I wind up watching more news. But this is a new year and taking on new projects. Anytime I get a chance though i'll go walking. I usually walk two miles, three or four days a week. And it does help me clear my thinking. I get fresh air and it helps me shed the stress. So I'll encourage anyone to get some type of pandemic plan. Walking is good for good mental health
