Walking is great exercise ,Get you some

  My neighbors were poking fun at me for walking. I told them, I hate to stop. It makes me feel better. I really hate to stop. They laughed and said, Don't stop. They encouraged me to keep going. So I am celebrating, reaching my 220 pound goal. I'm so proud of myself. I feel like I could accomplish anything. You know the feeling of accomplishment. I've been dealing with about six pounds. I could not get rid of it.  

   Lots of people around me have health problems, especially at my age. Lots of my friends have diabetes, blood pressure issues, and so many other things. Nowadays, in the days of COVID. All around you is ailing, possibly sickness and even death.  

  Walking is a habit I've had for some time, it's like a hobby. It helps me to maintain my weight. And the biggest thing it does is clear my mind and helps me deal with stress. I just feel better. getting fresh air walking and stretching. It feels good. So I just keep doing it. 

   I really enjoy the outdoors. I have always liked the outdoors. Every day I like to get a little fresh air, sunshine, even cold weather. I just love the outdoors. Everything about it, and then able to clear your mind. Listen to the birds or smell the cotton fields or whatever. But walking has been a good habit.  I would encourage it for anyone. And I think it played a big part in my dropping the weight to get down to these 220 pounds. So today I celebrate 220 Thank you.
